What's in Pro

Moment is free on every Apple device. Moment Pro is an in-app purchase, and you can pay by the month, by the year or once.

Free

Unlimited sessions. Set the dial from 5 to 90 minutes and name what each session is for, as often as you like.
Reflection. Moment helps you reflect on each session. When it ends, you can mark how it felt on a scale from scattered to flowing.
Breaks. Breaks help you build rest into your work on the Pomodoro pattern, with a short break after each session and a long one after several. You can set the short break from 1 to 30 minutes, the long one from 5 to 60 and how many sessions come before it, from 2 to 8.
Themes and sounds. Choose one of four themes, Ocean, Air, Sand and Forest, each with its own colours and ambient sound. There is a ticking sound as well.
Apple Health. Your focus time is saved as Mindful Minutes and how each session felt as State of Mind, with the rest of your health data.
Widgets and Siri. Widgets, Live Activities and the Dynamic Island show the time left at a glance, and Siri and Shortcuts can start a session for you.
Platforms. Moment runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and Vision Pro, and your sessions sync between them over iCloud.

Moment Pro

Stats on iPhone: 10 hours across 20 sessions, up 1 hour 45 minutes on last week, an insight about seven mornings of steady focus, mostly spent writing, and the line Generated on your device by Apple Intelligence.

Stats on Vision Pro: 12 hours 25 minutes across 19 sessions, an insight about strategy writing, the time spent on four intentions, and the feelings across 17 rated sessions.

App blocking. On iPhone and iPad, Moment uses Screen Time so the apps, categories and websites you choose won't open during a session.
Full insights in Stats. Beyond your totals, Moment Pro shows you the patterns in your work over time, such as which intentions your time went to, how your sessions felt and which days you focused.
On-device insights. A short observation about the patterns in your sessions is written on your device, by Apple Intelligence where it is available. Your sessions aren't sent anywhere to write it, and it works offline.
Floating timer. On the Mac, the time left and your intention stay in a small window above your other apps, so you can follow the session without opening Moment. On Vision Pro, you can shrink the window to a floating timer that shows the time left, and its controls appear when you look at it.

Insights are written by Apple Intelligence on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Vision Pro running iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS 26 or visionOS 26 or later, with Apple Intelligence turned on. On other devices, Moment shows a summary that is computed on your device.
